Listen. Learn. Liberate. I believe in having vulnerable, courageous conversations; I care deeply about social justice, spirituality, and whole-health healing. I help my clients to learn more about the origin of certain limiting beliefs about themselves and the world, and how these beliefs inform their current actions and relationships. I am most passionate about relationships (including our relationship with ourselves), and I proudly served many underserved communities, including black and brown communities, the LGBTQ+ population, and the Muslim population. My clients often tell me that therapy with me doesn't "feel" like they are being therapized, psychoanalyzed, or judged. My personal belief is that "wellness" is addressed systemically. When a person's mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health is strong and aligned, life seems to "flow" better. Then we can actively participate in life off auto-pilot!

My hope is that my clients leave therapy with a greater understanding and appreciation of themselves, their story, and their relationships.
